Phil Honoré

Phillip G. Honoré is an experienced and accomplished leader with over thirty years of professional experience in project management and organizational leadership. His impressive background includes serving as the Executive Director of the West End Association, a non-profit organization in Dallas, Texas, as well as holding various executive positions, including Senior Manager at Accenture, Deputy Director at the DC Metropolitan Police Department, and a highly successful career as a Special Agent/Criminal Investigator at the Department of Defense, Pentagon Force Protection Agency. His tireless ability to foster collaborative relationships in both the public and private sectors within the City of Dallas makes him the perfect fit to lead the “I Have A Dream” Foundation, Dallas affiliate forward. Phil is a graduate of three law enforcement academies and received his postsecondary education at Bowie State University and the University of North Florida. A proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard, Phil has devoted his entire professional career to public service, serving diverse communities with dedication and distinction.

Phil is married with four children and has seven elementary school-aged grandchildren. He is thrilled to join the “I Have A Dream” Foundation team during this critical reboot of its mission in Dallas to provide support to underserved students. He is enthusiastic about contributing to the organization’s vision of “giving every child equal access to the educational and career opportunities that will ignite their innate potential.”
